Board Agenda and Minutes

The Board of Directors meets regularly on the second Wednesday of the calendar month at 6:00 p.m. The Board meets in the  Scotts Valley City Council Chambers located at 1 Civic Center Dr., Scotts Valley, CA. Special meetings of the Board of Directors can be called by the Chairman of the Board or by a majority of the Board of Directors. A meeting may be cancelled because of a lack of a quorum of voting members or the lack of agenda items. Specific operations of the Board of Directors can be referenced in District policy.

All meetings of the Board of Directors and the conduct of the Board members are regulated by the Brown Act as specified in the California Government Code, Section 54950 et. seq.
